Joe Jaudon is a trial lawyer with more than forty-five years of courtroom experience. He is a founding partner of Jaudon & Avery LLP. Mr. Jaudon has been inducted in the American College of Trial Lawyers, International Society of Barristers, and the American Board of Trial Advocates, to name just a few organizations which have honored him as one of the top trial lawyers in Colorado. He has been selected by his peers as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" since the inception of this referral guide in the 1980s, and selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer. He received the Professionalism Award from the Colorado Bar Association in 1999. He is Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Mr. Jaudon concentrates his practice in the areas of medical malpractice and complex litigation. He has defended hospitals and physicians throughout the State of Colorado. He successfully tried one of the first breast implant cases in Colorado and has tried a wide variety of products liability cases. In his career, Mr. Jaudon has tried over one hundred cases to verdict.
